BREAKING NEWS: GHANA RECORDS 2 CORONAVIRUS CASES – HEALTH MINISTER

The Health Minister of Ghana Kwasi Agyemang-Manu has announced in an emergency press briefing organized by the Information ministry.

The two cases are according to the Health minister tested positive after laboratory tests on Thursday, March 12 from the Noguchi Memorial Institute of Medical Research.

The two are the first cases of the COVID-19 to test positive in Ghana after some 57 cases earlier proved negative.

According to the Health Minister, the two individuals who tested positive arrived from Norway and Turkey. The government is taking measures and encourage Ghanaians to take precautions in their daily activities.
