Former Ghanaian musician cum political activist, Kwame A Plus has disclosed that the coronavirus disease which was confirmed in Ghana by the Health Minister yesterday March 12, 2020 has been in Ghana since December 2019.
A Plus, born Kwame Asare Obeng mentioned that his friend who had a respiratory disease died with the same symptoms of Coronavirus but wrongly diagnosed him of Pneumonia. He said Ghanaian authorities did not have a name for all the symptoms most people showed last year and concluded that it’s ‘catarrh’.
He said:
“Coronavirus came to Ghana and left long ago. Your leaders don’t know shit. They didn’t have a name for it and called it Catarrh” he wrote on his Facebook page.”
