Opambour arrested by the police for murder- Find out more.

Not long ago, we witnessed the assasination or the killing of Professor Yaw Benneh who was a lecturer at the University of Ghana. The lecturer’s home was raided by armed robbers who upon an alleged struggle with him, strangled him to death. Police reports indicated that the professor was tied at his wrist and foot. He had been alleged to being a victim of physical torture before he was killed by these hideous men.

The effort and hard work of Ghanaian police department in the quest to bring these robbers to justice has yet again arrested one of the part players in this crime known as Agya Badu Opambour. Opambour through further investigations was revealed as a part player in this hideous crime which led to the demise of the lecturer.

This man named Opambour is alleged to be one of the few men who are also wanted on police list for some alleged law breaking and thefts at East legon and it’s vicinities. Reports indicate that he is popular in the areas of East legon where the professor was murdered.

This alongside other names were given by an officer named James Nana Womba who from his report indicated that the police are doing all that they can to bring the robbers down. The justice system is indeed doing their best to put these evil men down or being bars and we are thankful to them.

The murder of the lecturer should not be left bare and unattended to or investigated. We are therefore happy and hopeful that this leads the police to further results.
